What is a collaborator?
A collaborator is someone you invite to co-author a part of your video. Once invited via email link, they have access to all recording options to create a section within your video. However, collaborators cannot delete, modify existing content, or add additional collaborators to your video – only the video owner can do that.
What do you mean by video length?
Video length is the total duration of your recorded video from start to finish.
How does video count work?
With SnapVisio’s Free and Starter plans, there is a video count limit. This means that you can record up to 3 or 10 videos on the respective plans. Videos can be deleted to free up space so that another one can be created, or you can upgrade to the Pro plan at anytime to enjoy unlimited videos.
Am I able to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrades can be done at anytime during your plan. You will be billed a prorated charge for the amount of time you are on the new plan depending on your billing cycle. Downgrades can occur on a Monthly plan and will go into effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I share SnapVisio videos on social or email?
Absolutely! SnapVisio allows you to easily share your videos with a link.
How do the annual plans work?
Annual plans let you pay for a full year of service upfront at a discounted rate.
